I really enjoyed the easy access to local shops and the delicious breakfast that set me up for a day of exploring. The hotel is just a short stroll from the Tolsey and Burford Library, making it perfect for weekend wanderers like me.

Had a cozy experience with the place’s traditional charm and lovely breakfast, but the room was way too small for the price. One bedside table for a double room is just weird. bathroom was tiny, which wasn’t ideal. Staff were super friendly, though, and the open hearth gave a nice touch!

The location is great on Burford High Street, making it easy to explore local attractions. the overall service experience left much to be desired, from a moody breakfast manager to a lack of communication about kitchen hours. Our room had good character, but cleanliness issues took away from the charm.
