Charming vibes but needs work
Had a cozy experience with the place’s traditional charm and lovely breakfast, but the room was way too small for the price. One bedside table for a double room is just weird. bathroom was tiny, which wasn’t ideal. Staff were super friendly, though, and the open hearth gave a nice touch!

Charming location but disappointing service
The location is great on Burford High Street, making it easy to explore local attractions. the overall service experience left much to be desired, from a moody breakfast manager to a lack of communication about kitchen hours. Our room had good character, but cleanliness issues took away from the charm.

Shocking stay experience
The location is great and breakfast staff were super friendly, but wow, the rest was a real letdown. Our room was tiny and dusty with a broken bed. The manager was unhelpful, and the WiFi was a joke! It’s a shame because it could be so much better with a bit of care.
